RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

If an item is faulty please contact us so we can confirm the best course of action to take. Sometimes the item may need to be returned to us, if the item returned is confirmed to have a manufacturing fault we will cover the cost of postage. Repair, replacement or credit will be confirmed at our discretion. If the item has suffered damage for any other reason no refund or exchange will be supplied. If you are not satisfied with your purchase it must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt, in its original condition for an exchange. You will be required to cover the additional postage costs.
